Russ Woolery

Russ Woolery is a Managing Director of Overture Advisors, LLC. He manages the firm's mergers & acquisitions origination and execution efforts, strategic partnerships, relationships with executives and institutional investors, in addition to managing the firm's day-to-day operations and strategic direction.

Prior to Overture Advisors, he worked as a Vice President with Cantor Fitzgerald in its Institutional Capital Markets group. Prior to Cantor Fitzgerald, Russ also worked in the Capital Markets groups of FTN Financial and Bear Stearns. With over 16 years of working in investment and capital markets, Russ has gained a wide range of capital markets experience and expertise at the institutional investor level. His clients have included several of the top hedge funds, money managers, insurance companies, government agencies and financial institutions where he originated and traded several billion in debt security transactions.
